Mrs.R.Anitha Special Government Pleader in both petitions C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions are filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri, to number the suits filed challenging the orders of the District Registrar who has confirmed the orders of the Sub-Registrar refusing to register the documents presented by the petitioners.
2.The revision petitioners have originally presented settlement deeds for registration based on an unregistered Will. The Sub-Registrar refused to register the document on the ground that the Will is unregistered. That
order has been challenged on appeal before the District Registrar. The same was also upheld. Challenging the same, when the petitioner revision petitioners filed suits, the plaints have been returned. Therefore, the petitioners have filed the present revision petitions for a direction to number the suits.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is stated by the learned counsel on either side that, during the pendency of these revision petitions, the documents have been registered by the Sub-Registrar on 24.06.2025.
4.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in these revision petitions. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs.
