ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.

2. In the light of that, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
