ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that challenging the very same Crime Number, the petitioner has filed a quash petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6138 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 29.03.2021, has granted stay of further investigation of the case.
2. This Court is of the view that in view of the above position, an anticipatory bail does not arise and hence this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy after the disposal of the quash petition, in accordance with law.
