Prayer: This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records of the respondent in Aa.Thee.Moo.30C1/Aa1/2023 dated 16.10.2023 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant with effect from 20.11.1990 and declare the probation of the petitioner with effect from 20.11.1990 and accordingly grant him annual increment and other services and monetary benefits and pass orders.
