Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in condition(b) on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.NO.16666 of 2018 dated 24.07.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.THIYAGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16666 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.270 of 2018, while granting anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court for the past 21 days.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
