2. On 01.07.2022 this Court closed the petition in Tr.C.M.P. No.195 of 2022.

3. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a fresh application for seeking transfer.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Paragraph No.'5' of the order dated 01.07.2022, is modified to the following effect:

"5. With these observations, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. In case, the petition filed for restitution of conjugal rights is disposed or dismissed for default, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application for seeking transfer, if so advised. "

3. In other aspects, the earlier order dated 01.07.2022 in Tr.C.M.P. No.195 of 2022 shall remain unaltered". .
