Heard Mr.Saravanakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.M.Jayanthy, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. It is stated that after filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner had expired on 28.01.2023. As such, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated. In case the legal heirs of the petitioner are of the view that they intend to proceed with the present cause of action, liberty is hereby granted to them to file a fresh Writ Petition.
