2.The prayer made in this writ petition to issue a mandamus, forbearing the respondents from in any way interfering with the business at Drizzle Restaurant No.2/632, Sultan Ahmed street, East Coast Road, Neelankarai, Chennai-600 041, pursuant to the license granted by the 3rd respondent in license No.12412008000426 dated 11.05.2012, does not survive at this length of time, in the opinion of this Court. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
