ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to grant parole to the petitioner's husband Somu @ Somasundaram, convict prisoner No.571, now confined in the Central Prison-I, Puzhal, Chennai so https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
as to assist the petitioner herein to undergo necessary medical treatment including surgery on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2016 for a period of 30 days. 2.As directed by this Court by order dated 21.10.2016 in W.P.No.36364 of 2016, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 11.11.2016 to the respondents along with all the required documents. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, despite the same, the petitioner's representation has not been considered so far. Hence the present writ petition. 3.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents.
4.Without expressing any opinion as to the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner in this writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2016 and pass appropriate orders, as directed by this Court by order dated 21.10.2016 in W.P.No.36364 of 2016, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
