ORDER

This writ petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 07.02.2022 passed by the 1st respondent.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that the dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent was already settled amicably in OS.No.56 of 2022. In this regard, he had also produced a copy of the order dated 17.04.2023 passed in the said suit. Hence, he requests this Court to close the present petition.

3. In view of the above, it is clear that no further order is required in this petition. Therefore, by recording the submission made by the 3rd respondent, this writ petition is closed. No cost. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
