nv firecrackers were burst causing disturbance to the public. Hence, the complaint came to be lodged.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that initially a case was registered by the respondent and after investigation, 'Further Action Dropped' report was filed on 26.11.2018.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the petition and hence, the same is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
