PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay regular pension for 12 years service from 01.02.1992 and also direct the respondents to pay P.F. Dues, gratuity, Insurance / Risk Allowance and other insurance cover and also direct the respondents to pay arrears of disability pension presently being drawn from 01.02.1992 till September 2017 for such dues should be paid to the petitioner as per the direction in W.P.No.33443/12 within a stipulated period.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay regular pension for 12 years service from 01.02.1992 and also direct the respondents to pay P.F. Dues, gratuity, Insurance / Risk Allowance and other insurance cover and also direct the respondents to pay arrears of disability pension presently being drawn from 01.02.1992 till September 2017 for such dues should be paid to the petitioner as per the direction in W.P.No.33443/12 within a stipulated period.

representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter is ordered to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default.
