ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents disconnecting the sewerage main connection in respect of the building "Gee Gee Complex" situated at No.42, Anna Salai, Chennai - 600 002 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondents to restore the sewerage main connection.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted, on instructions, that, now, the sewerage main connection is restored. Such statement is recorded.
