The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the petitioner is prepared to present a fresh sale deed for registration with the fourth respondent.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to present the sale deed for registration with the fourth respondent, and the petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court, in case the fourth respondent refuses to register the sale deed proposed to be presented by him for registration. No Costs. W.M.P.No.9435 of 2026 is ordered. W.M.P.No.9437 of 2026 is closed.
