This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.973 of 2014 in O.S.No.18 of 2013 dated 10.07.2015 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchengode. 1/3

2. While pending the suit, the petitioner filed a petition to reject the plaint. That was dismissed and aggrieved by the same, the present Civil Revision Petition. While pending the Civil Revision parties viz., the petitioner and the respondent have entered into compromise, but failed to produce before this Court. Therefore, the parties are directed to produce the compromise memo entered between them before the trial court and accordingly, the trial Court is directed to pass orders on the compromise memo entered between them.
