This Criminal Original Petition has been filed calling for the records in respect of the impugned FIR in Crime No.263 of 2022 dated 27.12.2022 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent had completed the investigation in Crime No.263 of 2022 and filed a final report on 04.03.2024 in C.C.No.345 of 2023 and it is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Puducherry.
