O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to to punish the respondents herein for disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.10366 of 2004 dated 30.04.2015.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that challenging the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10366 of 2004, writ appeal was filed in W.A.No.1216 of 2016 by the second respondent and the same was disposed of on 13.02.2020 by giving direction to the second respondent.

3. In view of the order passed in the writ appeal, this contempt petition is closed.
