O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2015 for payment of salary from 01.01.2013. 2.The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as B.T.Assistant (History) in Dominic Savio Higher Secondary Aided

School. The fourth respondent paid salary to the petitioner from 16.06.2011 till 31.12.2012 and thereafter, the salary was not paid to the petitioner.

3.According to the petitioner, the salary was stopped due to the reason that she has not qualified with TET Examination conducted by Government of Tamil Nadu. Aggrieved by the non payment of salary, she made representation to the respondents 2 and 3 through the fourth respondent on 14.09.2015. Since, no order has been passed, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

4.Heard the submissions of Mr.T.R.Rajgajenthrn, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and M/s.M.E.Raniselvam, Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. 6.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
