This Court, vide order dated 15.03.2023, has directed the 5th respondent to take steps for removal of unauthorized construction put up in deviation from the approved plan and to file a report. However, the 5th respondent has not filed report before this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 5threspondent submitted that settlement is being arrived between the parties and the respondents 6 and 7 have sought for regularization.

3. When this Court has specifically given direction and to file compliance report, it is the duty of the 5th respondent to comply the Court's order, unless or until a clarification order is passed. Since the 5th respondent is dis-obeying the order of this Court, the District Collector, Coimbatore is directed to take necessary action and to file appropriate report before this Court.

4. Post the matter on 13.06.2023.
