O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.223 of 2024, dated 30.11.2024 from the file of the third respondent to any other investigating agency.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, after registering the First Information Report, no action has been taken so far.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondents submitted that the entire investigation is now almost completed and that they are about to file the final report.

4. At this juncture, if an order is passed to transfer the 2/5

investigation to any other investigation agency, it would affect the entire investigation. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation from the file of the third respondent to any other investigating agency.

5. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
