ORDER
This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to travel abroad for a period of twenty (20) days from 19.02.2025 to 10.03.2025.
2. Pending investigation, on the file of the Serious Fraud Investigation Officer, Chennai, the petitioner filed this petition seeking permission to visit abroad. Pending Look Out Circular, the petitioner is required to attend the arbitration proceedings pending before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in SIAC Arb.No.113/2022 BRP and the petitioner is also required to travel to Melbourne in relation to Glazebrooke Coffee, a coffee plantation business at Yercaud, of which the petitioner is a Proprietor.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in similar circumstances, already the petitioner was permitted to visit abroad by way of an interim order passed by this Court. When the petitioner was permitted to visit abroad, the conditions imposed to him was duly complied with and reported for investigation before the first respondent.
4. The learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the respondents submitted that the similar prayer was already allowed by this Court and the petitioner also duly complied with the conditions after visiting abroad. He further insisted to furnish his contact number while he is visiting abroad and also his E-mail to be opened for any emergency enquiry.
5. In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to visit abroad for a period of twenty
(20) days from 19.02.2025 to 10.03.2025 and report before the first respondent on 14.03.2025, on the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall inform his place of stay in abroad and furnish the correct contact number before visiting abroad.
(ii) The petitioner shall report before the High Commissioner of India at Singapore and Malaysia about his place of stay and movements. (iii) As soon as he return India, he shall report before the Investigating Officer about his return and co-operate with the investigation. (iv) The petitioner shall always keep his E-mail open for access by the first respondent.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 13-02-2025 mn

Today the matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has crept in, as the name of the first respondent is not included in the cause title and the address portion of the order dated 13.02.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.2511 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.206 of 2024.
3. Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the name of the first respondent shall be included in the cause title and address portion of the order dated 13.02.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.2511 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.206 of 2024 at the respective places as follows :
"The Serious Fraud Investigation Office, Corporate Bhawan Ground Floor, No.29, Rajaji Salai, Chennai - 600 001 and 5 others"
3. In other aspects, the order dated 13.02.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.2511 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.206 of 2024 shall remain unaltered.
