JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.2900 of 2022 IN CRL OP.1650/2022 M.SURESH [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, BOMMIDI POLICE STATION, DHARMAPURI DISTRICT.

(CRIME NO.69 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1650 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SANKRA SUBHU FOR M/S.S.JEEVANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.1650 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that reporting once in a week instead of daily at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily is modified to the effect that he should report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 07/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
