Mr.V.Jaya Kumar Mr.N.Shanmugam Order This civil revision petition has been filed, challenging the impugned order dated 09.12.2025 passed in I.A. No.2 of 2025 in O.S. No.1208 of 2025 by the IV Assistant Judge, Civil Court Court, Chennai dismissing the petitioners' application seeking for rejection of plaint filed under Order VII Rule 11 of C.P.C.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondents, who claims to have filed caveat in this matter that the petitioners have already filed written statement in the suit and the suit is posted for framing of issues. 3.Both the counsels in unison would submit that a direction may be issued to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Accordingly, this Court directs the IV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of the suit O.S. No.1208 of 2025, pending on its file within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
