3.Mr.S.Raja Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent and he has got no objection in allowing this petition.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
5.It is submitted that co-accused in this case has filed a revision before this Court with similar prayer in Crl.R.C.No.1339 of 2023.
6.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order and post the same along with Crl.R.C.No.1339 of 2023.
