ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to grant grade pay to the petitioner meant for his post by directing the first respondent herein to pass appropriate orders on the petitioners representation dated 16.08.2012 within a stipulated period of time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that

the petitioner was already relieved from service, as early as on 06.06.2014. The entire Education Certificates were also returned to him. Thereafter, he challenged the relieving orders dated 29.04.2014 and 05.06.2014 before this Court in W.P.No.16203 of 2015. By an order dated 16.08.2022, this Court disposed of the writ petition, on the ground that the petitioner expressed his unwillingness to continue in the third respondent Polytechnic College and no further adjudication is required.

4. Therefore, the request made by the petitioner cannot be considered and this writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. 01.09.2023 Internet : Yes Index : Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking order mn
