2. Earlier, when the matter taken up for hearing, this Court imposed a condition to pay arrears of maintenance and the same was complied, however the monthly maintenance ordered by the trial court has not been complied according to respondent's counsel. The 1st petitioner is living with his child without any source of income. Hence, he is bound to see them, however, he is having valid defence. Though he has filed counter objections, the trial court passed an exparte order. So, in order to give one more opportunity, the respondent is directed to appear before the Family Court and the Family Court is directed to hear both parties and dispose the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Until then, the respondent is directed to pay a sum of Rs.

20,000/- as monthly maintenance to the petitioners until disposal of the proceedings in F.C.M.C.No.15 of 2023. Apart from that, he is also directed to pay school fees then and there for the 2nd petitioner. The petitioners are also entitled to adduce their evidence before the court below. With the said observation, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
