Heard Mr. R.Sankarasubbu, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.Rajkumar, Learned Counsel for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

It is the case of the Petitioner that one V.Sasikumar had sought for personal information relating to the service particulars of the Petitioner from the Respondent, which is exempt from disclosure under Section 8(1)(j) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, and that the Petitioner had made a representation dated 31.01.2023 to the Respondent in that regard, but as it did not evoke any response, it has necessitated the filing of this Writ Petition. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the First Respondent has brought to notice that in furtherance to the said representation made by the Petitioner, it has been informed by the Respondent to the said V.Sasikumar by Proceedings in Ka. No. PothuThaA/MeMiPaVa/Pothu/VuPothuThaA/VuPo/Tho.Nu/Ko. ThaA VuSa/ A.117/2023 dated 09.02.2023 that it would not be possible to furnish the information relating to the Petitioner as sought by him, and its copy with postal acknowledgment has been produced, which is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition. 2/4
