O R D E R

Petitioner challenges the order of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore, Cuddalore District, passed in M.C.No.24 of 2012 on 18.07.2014.

2. Petitioner and respondent were married on 07.09.1975. Alleging that the petitioner married another woman and was not taking care of her, the respondent filed M.C.No.24 of 2012 on the file of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore, Cuddalore District. The Court below, under orders dated 18.07.2014, directed the petitioner to pay Rs.3,000/- p.m. towards maintenance and Rs.10,000/- p.a. towards other expenses. Against such order, this revision has been filed.

3. There is no representation for petitioner. Heard learned counsel for respondent.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has deserted his wife the respondent herein and is living with another woman as also finding the monthly basic earning of the petitioner at Rs.12,890/-, the Court below directed payment of Rs.3,000/- p.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

towards maintenance and Rs.10,000/- p.a. towards other expenses. This Court finds no error in the order under challenge. This Criminal Revision is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
