This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the Hon'ble I Fast Track Court, Egmore to dispose of the C.C.No.4339/2013 pending before the same within a dated fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner/complainant is eighty three years old and that it will be in the interest of justice, if the Trial Court is directed to expeditiously complete the trial process.

3.It is seen from the docket orders that the petitioner/complainant has also filed a proof of affidavit on 30.01.2014 and the accused were also examined under Section 313 of Cr.P.C., on 05.02.2014. Under such circumstances, this Court, directs the Trial Court to complete the trial in C.C.
