ORDER

The petitioner, alleging violation of the interim order of status quo, passed in MP.No.1/2014 in WP.No.9493/2014 dated 02.04.2014, came forward to file the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ present contempt petition.

A perusal of the order would disclose that the situation prevailing as on the date of passing of the interim order on 02.04.2014 have not been noted and in the light of the same, this Court is of the considered opinion that no contempt has been made out.

Hence, the contempt petition is closed.
