(CRIME NO. 507 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court by order dated 16.12.2020 made in Crl.MP.No.6717 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.14814 of 2020 viz., "to appear before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SATHISH RAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.6717 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14814 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.6717 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14814 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
