ORDER

This Petition is filed to call for the records relating to C.C.No.107 of 2018 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthani and quash the same.

2. The learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that as against the petitioner, Non Bailable Warrant was issued by the trial court and the same is pending. Thus he prayed for dismissal of this petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Perusal of records would reveal that the petitioner is facing trial in C.C.No.107 of 2018 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruttani for the offence under sections 406, 420 r/w.Section 34 of IPC. For non appearance of the petitioner before the trial court, a non bailable warrant was issued against him. In the circumstances, the petitioner is not entitled for any relief sought for by him. Therefore, on this sole ground, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, Crl.M.P.Nos.2676 and 2677 of 2025 are closed. 18.02.2025
