ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.35176 of 2016, by order dated 04.10.2016, directed the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation in the light of G.O.(D).No.1310, Health and Family Welfare Department, dated 19.10.2015, within a period of four weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 04.10.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.(Ms).No.267, Health and Family Welfare (C2) Department, dated

05.07.2018, issued by the Principal Secretary to the Government.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
