The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 13.10.2014 by taking action against the 2nd and 3rd respondents to recover the compensation and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
interest based upon the Revenue Recovery Certificate dated 30.07.2014 on the file of the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Coimbatore based upon the order in E.C.No.57 of 2010 dated 19.05.2014.
2.Even though the petitioners have submitted their representation to the first respondent dated 13.10.2014, the first respondent has not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioners to move this Court for the above direction.
3.Considering the limited scope of prayer, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 13.10.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioners and after conducting enquiry, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
