ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to release the petitioner on bail, as he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.09.2017 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 51[b][i] r/2 Section 63 of the Copyright Act, 1957 in Crime No.300/2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that the petitioner was doing computer software business and he has not infringed any copyright of the HP Company and this case has been foisted against him.

3. I have heard the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent who would state that the investigation is going on and if at all, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, some stringent condition may be imposed.

4. I have considered the submissions made by both sides and in view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am inclined to pass the following order :- (i) The petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees twenty five thousand only] with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and

(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
