ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner's appeal dated 12.01.2026, pending on the file of the 1st respondent.
2.Aggrieved by the order passed the 2nd respondent dated 19.12.2025, the aforesaid appeal dated 12.01.2026 has been preferred by the petitioner before the 1st respondent.
3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 12.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after hearing the objections of the 3rd respondent and any other third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 12.01.2026.
6.Since no adverse orders are passed against the 3rd respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 7.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 12.01.2026, on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the 3rd respondent and any other third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of twelve (12) weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
