The writ petitioner school submitted a representation, seeking conversion of the Fourth Grade I Arabic Munshi post to Tamil pundit and to revise the staff fixation for the benefit of the school administration.

2. Conversions are to be granted based on the administrative decision to be taken by the competent educational authorities. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Conversion of posts is to be granted strictly with reference to the rules and by taking into account, the facts, circumstances, and the necessity for such conversion.

However, the representation submitted by the writ petitioner in this regard is yet to be decided by the third respondent.

3. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 20.11.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation and other relevant documents along with a copy of this order passed in the writ petition. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
