Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay in both the petitions stand condoned and both the petitions are ordered on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, on or before 25.03.2020, failing which, both the petitions would stand dismissed automatically.
