O.A.No.247 of 2023 in C.S.No.61 of 2023 R.N.MANJULA,J.

On 24.04.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, this Court was pleased to grant an order of status-quo. Therefore, a direction was given to the parties to maintain status-quo and not to put any construction or any repair works which would affect the interest of both the parties.

2. The suit is seen to be filed for partition and the dispute is between two sisters. Since the parties have undertaken not to alienate or not to change the nature of the suit property by putting up any further construction or carrying any further repair works which would affect the interest of both parties, it is unnecessary to keep the Original Petition pending and the parties can participate in the trial.
