ORDER

The petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records relating to the impugned notice issued by the 3rd respondent dated 20.01.2026 in Ka.No.Uu.Po.E and Pa Valachery West KK No.387/25-26, quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the even according to the respondent he has submitted the reply to the impugned notice on 27.01.2026 in person and through RPAD on 31.01.2026. The reply which has been sent through RPAD has been received by the respondent on 02.02.2026, for which there is no response till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the relief now sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the same and pass appropriate speaking orders, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
