ORDER

Mr.V.R.Narayanan, learned Counsel representing Mr.S.Adaikkappan @ S. Sithirai Anandam, learned Counsel on record for the revision petitioners submits that the D.V.C. No. 414 of 2019 originally filed before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore, and later transferred to Special Court to try cases filed under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Coimbatore, by the respondent against the first revision petitioner has been dismissed by order dated October 01, 2024 by the Special Court under the Act. Consequently, the relief sought for in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. 2.

In view of the above submissions made by him, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 11.11.2024 MSM Page No.2-3
