ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by the learned Principal Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act Cases, Chennai, directing the petitioner to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two acceptable and reliable sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court in Crl.M.P.No.1060 of 2024 dated 07.02.2024.

3.I am not able to under how this petition seeking modification would lie, since in the order it is only stated "two acceptable and reliable sureties". Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stand dismissed. 29.02.2024 smv 2/4
