Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is reported died on 24.09.2017 and death certificate has been issued on 16.10.2017 by the Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, Tambaram and the same has been recorded.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition shall stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
