.. Respondent Prayer:- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, praying to punish the respondent for willfully disobeying the order made in Crl.OP.No.15921 of 2015 dated 30.06.2015 of this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

Heard M/s.Ramalingam & Associates, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioners against the respondent herein, for alleged violation of the order of this court dated 30.06.2015 made in Crl.OP.No.15921 of 2015. The operative portion of the order passed by this Court is as follows :

"3. It is represented that the petitioners have sent their complaints dated 18.05.2015 and 20.05.2015 to the respondent police and no action has been taken. The petitioners are directed to go in person and give a copy of their complaint to the second respondent police and on such complainants being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014 2 SCC 1."

3. Mr.S.Subbiah, Inspector of Police, Ammapettai Police Station, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District, submits that a regular case in Crime No.306 of 2015 under sections 409

and 380 IPC has been registered.

4. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed with direction to the respondent police to expeditiously conduct enquiry and complete the investigation and file final report or a closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation to the defacto complainant vrc SD/- DEPUTY REGISTRAR(CLAA) //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2015. COURT OFFICER(O.S.) From 25th Day of September 2008 the Registry is issuing certified copies of the Orders/Judgments/Decrees in this format.
