O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition is preferred to set aside the order of the XV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, passed in I.A.No.16560 of 2016 in O.S.No.4051 of 2016 dated 17.02.2017.

2. By consent of both the parties, this Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, would submit that he will be satisfied, if a direction is given to the petitioner to co-operate in completion of the proceedings.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner also would submit that the petitioner will co-operate in early disposal of the litigation. The submissions made by both the parties are recorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed, with a direction to the XV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to complete the proceedings within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
