When the Civil Revision Petitions were listed for hearing on 26.09.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 30.09.2019. When the matter was listed for hearing on 30.09.2019 also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 01.10.2019. However, at the request of the learned counsel on either side, the matter was adjourned to 15.10.2019. When the matter was listed on 15.10.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter for dismissal on 16.10.2019. Though the matter has been listed under the caption "for dismissal", today also there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Civil Revision Petitions for nonprosecution. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
