ORDER
When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 24.09.2012 passed in W.A.No.1589 of 2012 has been complied with. In support of the same, he has also produced a copy of the communication issued by the Director of Milk Production and Dairy Development, Chennai, in Roc.No.7196/N2/2015, dated 06.10.2017, the contents of which are usefully extracted below:- "With reference to the clarification sought for by the General Manager, Salem District Cooperative Milk Producers' Union Ltd., it is informed that permission has been accorded to General Manager, Salem District Cooperative Milk Producers' Union Ltd.
, for sanctioning of priviledge leave 32 days to the employees of the union in order to comply the orders of the labour Tribunal considering the resolution passed by the Board of Salem District Cooperative Milk Producers' Union Ltd., As regards the employees who have enjoyed the benefit of 32 days prior to 31.12.89 it is ordered that the employees who were in roll of the service of the union alone shall be sanction 32 days of priviledge leave.
Hence it is clarified that all the employees are eligible to get privilege leave of 32 days from 1.1.90"

2.The aforesaid submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
