2. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that during the process of removal of encroachment, the temporary structure put up by the petitioner is shown to have been demolished. According to the petitioner, she alongwith three children is left on the street without any place for shelter. She further alleges that she is uneducated and she was unaware that the house plot she purchased in the year 2000 was not a patta land. It appears that she purchased the land under some misguidance that it is a patta land and now, the structure put up by her has been removed. In such circumstances, the petitioner is said to have submitted a representation on 13.6.2018 to the respondents.
3. Having regard to the factual position, we make it clear that it is for the petitioner to make necessary application before the revenue authorities to accommodate her at some other village under any scheme available for providing house site to the house-less person and in such event, it is for the revenue authorities concerned to consider the same and do the needful in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
