This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 125 days in filing the criminal appeal as against Judgment dated 10.09.2024 passed in S.C.No.222 of 2022 on the file of II Additional and Sessions Judge, Tindivanam District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 125 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
