The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Advocate Commissioner has been successfully executed the warrant and seized the vehicle and handed over safely to the possession of the applicant. It is submitted that nothing further survives for further adjudication in this Application. Although, learned Advocate Commissioner has not filed a report, Court is inclined to order a sum of Rs.25,000/- as additional remuneration.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to ensure the Additional Remuneration is paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Advocate Commissioner shall return the warrant to the Registry.

3. It is made clear that the seized vehicle shall not be disposed or sold or alienated without permission of the learned arbitrator or the jurisdictional Execution Court.

4. In view of the seizure of the vehicle, I find no reasons to keep this Arbitration Application alive. The applicant is directed to initiate arbitration proceedings within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the seized vehicle shall be returned back to the respondents.
